Personalizing Your Home- The next step in the home building journey will be to meet with our Construction Coordinator to review the plans and discuss the future steps in the construction process. Our Construction Coordinator will be the main point of contact during the entire construction process and will be able to answer any questions that may arise over the next few months. When the plans have been approved and all the selections made, then construction will begin.
Construction Walk-Thru- We have two other scheduled meetings; the first being your Pre-Drywall Walk, This is an opportunity for the buyer to walk through the home with the job superintendent prior to the sheetrock being istalled; a checks and balances. The the last meeting will be the Pre-Closing walk. Again, this is the time that the superintendent will demostrate the mechanical aspects of the home. There are numerous policies reviewed at this time as well.
Closing and Move-In- By this time, the closing date has been scheduled and once finalized; the buyer will receive keys to their brand new Lazarus-Shouse home!
